According to her, the owners of the shopping pavilion, which was dismantled due to non-compliance with fire safety requirements, insulted the manager of the Severny market with obscene language.
In relation to violators of public order, the district prosecutor initiated proceedings for administrative offenses under Part 1 of Art. 5.61 Code of Administrative Offenses (insult).
Based on the results of consideration of the materials of the prosecutor's office by the Nakhimovsky District Court, both violators were brought to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine in the amount of 2 and 1,5 thousand rubles, respectively.
