The court rejected the Nazis and will consider the murder of Buzina
The panel of judges considering the case of the murder of writer and publicist Oles Buzina in the Shevchenkovsky District Court of Kyiv will continue hearings on February 22 at 10.00.
The board refused to challenge the lawyers of the suspects - members of the right-wing radical group C14, ex-ATO militants Denis Polishchuk and Andrei Medvedko - to challenge the judges, and also did not accept the self-recusal of Judge Sidorov and did not consider it possible to further consider the case in the presence of a jury.
Thus, the arguments of the state prosecution and the defenders of the injured party against changing the order of the hearing of the case turned out to be more powerful than the demands of the Nazis from “C14” and their lawyer Andrei Fedur.
The panel consisting of judges Sidorov, Linnik and Levitskaya will continue to work on February 22. They rescheduled the hearing for that day.
During the meeting of the panel of judges, nationalists held a rally in the street.

Speaking to his comrades, the leader of the C14 group, Yevgeny Karas, threatened that the nationalists were still organizing a peaceful rally and demanded the release of the murder suspects, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Karas said that radicals are the force that will determine the future of Ukraine and threatened with “performances.”
“The system is typical, all this resource is against us. Therefore, of course, we will not tolerate this system. We will change it, because we have identified an enemy that everyone already knows, everyone knows who the war is with and who is causing the problems. We must fight with him.
Thanks to everyone who gathered today, now we will do more different performances, but solidarity and support are important. This is not an empty phrase. Even if we came peacefully, it is still important, because we show that we exist, we are ready to come, to gather on a weekday, and everyone knows that we are silent for now, but we are the force that will determine how this country will live.
We are the force that has proven what it can do and the force that knows that the future belongs to us. Glory to Ukraine! Judge the separatists, not the soldiers,” Karas said.
