The court released six soldiers suspected of desertion on bail, but they are not receiving medical assistance.
Zaporozhye, August 02 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The Zhovtnevyi court of Zaporozhye released on personal recognizance six of the 16 soldiers of the 51st mechanized brigade, who were charged with desertion.

According to the head of the department of the Zaporozhye regional center for the provision of free legal assistance, Alexander Grishin, every serviceman of the 51st mechanized brigade is provided with free legal assistance.
As volunteers note, the soldiers of the 51st Mechanized Brigade, transported to Zaporozhye, are in a stressful state. Many of them need medical assistance, which has not yet been provided.
More than 100 people came to the courthouse to support the soldiers and their mothers who came from different parts of Ukraine. According to the soldiers of the 51st brigade, they were surrounded for several weeks under constant fire from Grad missiles. All their equipment was destroyed.
As Navigator reported, yesterday the Zhovtnevyi Court of Zaporozhye released “on personal recognizance” the first soldier out of 41 servicemen of the 51st separate mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian army. For the first of 16 servicemen brought to the courtroom on Friday, the court did not accept the arguments of the prosecutor’s office and released the soldier “on personal recognizance.”
