The court ordered the entrepreneur to carry out the demolition of unauthorized buildings at his own expense. We are talking about nine, seven and six-story unfinished construction projects.
Let us recall that the case of an administrative offense against Plyas was initiated in the summer of 2014 based on the results of an inspection by the Russian Prosecutor General's Office.
At the same time, the list of illegally erected objects included the cultural center "Cape Khrustalny", the dacha cooperative "Nauchny-7" in the Omega Bay area, the yacht club in Cossack Bay and the "Dream Bay" complex in Laspi. There are 9 objects in total.
So far, only one of them has been demolished - the Anit housing complex on Cape Khrustalny. A multi-storey building in the city center was blown up at the end of 2014 by order of then governor Sergei Menyailo.
