The judicial system of the Donetsk People's Republic is being transferred to Russian standards.
This was stated by the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, who today presented service certificates to twenty-two judges of the Supreme Court and thirteen judges of courts of general jurisdiction.
According to Pushilin, in the republic “painstaking work was carried out to bring relevant regulatory legal acts to the standards of documents of the Russian Federation.”
He called on the new judges to show "integrity, and impartiality, and mercy."
“People rely on fair decisions that they expect from the courts,” Pushilin recalled.
