“Bitch, if you go to May 9th, we’ll crash,” - attack on Komsomol leader in Western Ukraine
On Monday evening, in the city of Chernivtsi in Western Ukraine, Ukrainian nationalists attacked the head of the local Komsomol cell, Nikita Ignatov. A young man born in 1996 was beaten and stabbed, after which he was hospitalized.

“The attack took place near the entrance. There were three attackers. They said: “Bitch, if you go to May 9, we’ll fail.” Ignatov was going to participate with the veterans in the ceremony on the occasion of Victory Day. Before this, Komsomol members carried out actions to clean monuments and graves of Soviet soldiers,” Kononovich said.
