According to him, the Russian Federation is providing significant assistance to the DPR, and the process is being supervised by Vladislav Surkov, an adviser to Vladimir Putin.
“By the end of this year, about 350 industrial facilities have been accepted and will be restored; about 50 coal enterprises are subject to restoration. Debaltsevo, Ilovaisk, and a number of other settlements will be restored.
This is a great help to our brotherly country, the Russian Federation, it provides us with great support. This project is personally supervised by Vyacheslav Yuryevich Surkov, for which we also thank him very much. Thanks to this help, we will ultimately restore everything that our enemy destroyed,” Zakharchenko said.
