There have been changes to the list compared to 2015. If last year the first place in the list was occupied by the assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Vladislav Surkov, then in 2015 he was only in second place, losing the leadership to the Ukrainian oligarch Rinat Akhmetov.
“Recruited Russian agent. The richest man in Ukraine. He entered into an agreement with the President of the Russian Federation to support the dismemberment of Ukraine in exchange for the position of Prime Minister. Has a private army trained to carry out a coup d'etat (military). Pays wages to SBU employees “on the ground” in exchange for their loyalty. He sponsored the creation of terrorist organizations in Donbass,” is the description the authors of the rating give to Rinat Akhmetov.
The following types of accusations are brought against Vladislav Surkov: “Ideologist of the destruction of the Ukrainian nation and the dismemberment of Ukraine into quasi-states like the L/DPR. Coordinator of terrorist attacks in the regions of Ukraine. He personally gave the order to shoot people on the Maidan.”
European politicians were also included in the list.
“Opponent of Ukraine’s entry into the EU and NATO. Has friendly relations with V. Putin and S. Lavrov. Supported the secession of the quasi-state L/DPR. Contributes to the lifting of sanctions against Russia for the annexation of Crimea,” describes former French President Nicolas Sarkozy.
But former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlsukoni allegedly advised Vladimir Putin to introduce “little green men” into Crimea.”
At number 18, the list includes the famous American director, multiple Oscar winner Oliver Stone.
“Recruited Russian agent. Carries out anti-state information and cinematic activities in the countries of the European Union. Promotes anti-Ukrainian rhetoric at international film festivals,” the compilers of the list “expose” Stone.
Number 33 is the collective image of European deputies advocating the lifting of sanctions against the Russian Federation.
UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon is also included in the list.
“Opponent of Ukraine’s entry into the European Union. Supporter of Russian policy aimed at dismembering Ukraine. It opposes the implementation of an international investigation into the destruction of a passenger plane by L/DPR detachments,” the rating notes regarding the UN Secretary General.
The list also includes journalist and video blogger Anatoly Shariy, lawyer Tatyana Montyan and a number of other European, Russian and Ukrainian politicians.
