“I don't think there will be any breakthrough right away. “With a high probability, we will hear this boring story that everyone needs to change the priority in the points of the Minsk agreements, not pay attention to the supply of weapons from the United States to Ukraine, to attempts to implement the Croatian scenario,” Gasparyan said.
Despite this, he believes, the parties must meet and seek a compromise.
“Russia is ready for discussion, but every time it is torpedoed by the Americans. Perhaps we will see the first slight progress forward,” Gasparyan said.
