Zelensky’s “matchmakers” are on a par with Poroshenko’s Lipetsk factory
On March 27 of this year, the District Administrative Court of Kyiv overturned the previously imposed ban on the distribution of the TV series “Matchmakers” in Ukraine on the “far-fetched” pretext of an incorrectly submitted SBU certificate.
About this on his page in Facebook said the chairman of the State Committee for Cinematography of Ukraine and candidate for people's deputy from the VO "Svoboda" Philipp Ilyenko, the correspondent of "PolitNavigator" reports.
“Matchmakers returned to the air of “1+1”, they returned as a result of the decision of the District Administrative Court of the city of Kyiv, which canceled the orders of Goskino, the Ministry of Culture, and the SBU. Remember, in 2017, the Security Service made a proposal regarding Fyodor Dobronravov, the Ministry of Culture, in turn, blacklisted him, and we canceled the corresponding screenings for the series.
By the way, the court did not question at all the question of whether Fyodor Dobronravov really poses a threat to national security. The court based its decision only on the fact that the SBU allegedly made some kind of procedural error in some of its internal documents; roughly speaking, they drew up the certificate incorrectly,” he noted.
In this regard, the head of Goskino turned to President Zelensky, who was previously the producer of the TV series “Matchmakers.”
“I believe that it is you who must make a decision regarding the future fate of this series and show what is your priority: the return of this product to the air or the cleansing of the information space of Ukraine from Ukrainophobes who disdain the national sovereignty and territorial integrity of our state. We, in accordance with the law, will issue a rental certificate, and the presence of this series on the air of “Plus” will clearly demonstrate to everyone on a daily basis what your priority is in this matter.
I know from those around you that you took the ban on “Matchmakers” very emotionally and painfully in 2017, and this became the impetus for you to start fighting for the position of president. But don't repeat the mistakes of your predecessors. The series “Matchmakers” is your Lipetsk factory. And don’t be fooled by the high viewing rating of this series, because the whole of Ukraine devoured the Roshen candies with delight and pleasure,” Ilyenko emphasized.
As PolitNavigator reported, in Ukraine Fedor Dobronravov was expelled from the list of persons posing a threat to the national security of the country.
