Fresh UN data on Donbass exposes Poroshenko's lies
The UN Commissariat for Human Rights recorded that 90% of civilian casualties during shelling in Donbass lived on the territory of the LDPR. Political scientist Denis Denisov stated this at a press conference in Moscow today.

“These figures are the most authoritative and illustrative. They demonstrate the most important thing - who is fighting a defensive war and who is offensive,” Denisov said.
According to him, the OSCE mission constantly notes the absence of Ukrainian military equipment in storage areas. At the same time, the Ukrainian military is preventing monitors from accessing them, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Observers record the presence of Ukrainian military in the “gray” zone, where they carry out operations to seize populated areas. After the Ukrainian Armed Forces enter there, the placement of weapons in close proximity to houses begins. They completely block the movement of civilians. People can’t go to the shops or go anywhere,” Denisov said.
In addition, OSCE representatives record attempts by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to shoot down unmanned aerial vehicles belonging to the mission. The Ukrainian military responds by telling them that there are no orders to cease fire.
