Ex-Deputy Minister for “Occupied Territories” Georgiy Tuka stated this on the YouTube channel “Apostrophe,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

In his opinion, the idea of creating a second Transnistria in Ukraine is also supported by the fact that Moscow persistently seeks direct negotiations between Kyiv and the governments of the Donbass republics.
“I would like to note how the Russians managed to once again put our inexperienced government on the ropes. About a month ago, Peskov said that the current law on the peculiarities of self-government does not suit Moscow, because the final provisions of the current law contain security components that Russia does not want to agree to.
It states that before the elections, demilitarization, the withdrawal of illegal armed groups, weapons and everything else must be carried out. Thus, Peskov announces that Moscow is not satisfied with the current law.
About three days later, sharp statements are heard from the so-called leaders - one and two: “Our ultimate goal is integration into Russia. We are not going to think about any return to Ukraine.” Now Putin is voicing the idea that only the current law, without any changes.
Thus, any action of the Ukrainian government - prolongation of the current law or an attempt to build a new one - will be perceived negatively.
For example, Ukraine is once again prolonging the current law. The Kremlin says: “Okay, we agree.” And then two boys from the casket, the heads of the occupation administrations: “But we don’t.” And the 145th attempt by the Russians to bring Kyiv into direct dialogue with Lugansk and Donetsk begins...
They will always try to bring us into direct negotiations. This is the scenario of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” summed up Tuka.
Let us recall that earlier Georgy Tuka also stated that Russia does not see the point in a full-scale attack on Ukraine, because there is no need for this - Kyiv itself is losing ground.
