The “tough position of Ukraine,” which the country’s President Petro Poroshenko speaks about so often for the domestic audience, turns out to be not so tough in reality, and in fact, Ukraine has largely given up its initial positions on Donbass. Political scientist Alexei Garan stated this on Channel 5.
