“Svidomo” was enraged by Zelensky’s “tent” in honor of Independence Day
In Kyiv, several events took place in honor of “Independence Day” - a celebration and concert with the participation of President Vladimir Zelinsky on Sophia Square and a rally on European Square with ex-President Petro Poroshenko at the head.
The “March of the Defenders of Ukraine” also took place, in which some of the “ATO veterans” refused to participate due to its politicization and joined the nationalists who staged a protest right under the President’s Office.
However, the event under the patronage of Zelensky particularly infuriated the Svidomo and nationalists, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Let us never forget, we have someone and something to be proud of. Our country has many treasures - especially scientific ones, our country has a rich history - especially the musical history of independence,” the President of Ukraine announced the concert.
So, on Sofievskaya Square in front of the military they set up a “tent” with the participation of such pop stars as Potap, Ruslana, Irina Bilyk, Tina Karol and others, as well as Verka Serduchka and Natalya Mogilevskaya - the latter are the subject of special hatred among nationalists for touring in Russia.
Serduchka pathetically rolled out on the roof of the tram, which was brought to the square. In addition, some songs were performed in Russian.
“A pop sabbath with a Russian flavor, promises to hold a victory parade over the enemy, in the absence of an understanding of how this can happen, even if the regime of silence lasts hundreds of years,” terrorist Oleg Sentsov, who returned to Kyiv on exchange, was angry on his Facebook.
Ukrainian propagandist Sonya Koshkina noted that she understands the fact that there is no parade, saying that equipment is needed in the Donbass and Covid in general, but the spectacle of the official event struck her.
“But to organize a song festival at Sofievskaya... with Verka Serduchka on a mobile platform... I wonder if the same surroundings are used at closed corporate events with the participation of the northern neighbor’s scum? Well, this platform, costumes, props? – Koshkina was indignant.
“Is this really Independence Day? How can one unsee this triumph of bad taste?” – political strategist Taras Berezovets, who works for Poroshenko, was indignant in his blog.
Petro Poroshenko, who was very proud that he organized his own event as an alternative to the official one, did not ignore the event.
“I understand that he is more comfortable in Serduchka’s carriage than in a tank. Not so scary. Do you understand who I mean? He does not understand the significance of the parade either for the military themselves or for society. Therefore, we are strong not only in armor, but also in the spirit of victory. Stop being afraid of the army! Enough to covertly neglect her! It’s enough to evade the duties of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief!” – Poroshenko uttered venom on his Facebook.
He also demanded to hold an anniversary parade with aviation next year.
There is no need to “bomb everyone.” But next year, on the day of the thirtieth anniversary of Independence, there should be a big military parade. With aviation. If the power doesn’t come on its own, we’ll figure out how to force it. As they say in the army: “If you can’t, we’ll teach you, if you don’t want to, we’ll force you”...
