Former SBU general Grigory Omelchenko said that he was ready to eliminate the President of the Russian Federation in a personal meeting.
This scandalous statement was made on the air of the “Direct” TV channel, controlled by the administration of the President of Ukraine.
“I won’t confuse Putin with his double. I know him well personally since the late 90s. The late Anatoly Sobchak introduced us. As a special forces officer, special services, having the appropriate training, if we had met like that, I would have gone to eliminate him. And according to the norms of international law and national legislation, this would be tantamount to the destruction of Osama bin Laden,” Omelchenko said.
