This opinion was voiced by the notorious people's deputy Igor Miroshnichenko at a rally near the Central Election Commission.

“They think that we have forgotten what the street is, but we never left it,” he warned. “They think that we have forgotten what struggle is, but Ukrainians will always fight for their rights.”

It was also said that in fact the current result of “Svoboda” cannot be regarded as a defeat.

“We, Ukrainian nationalists, are actually winning because we teach our nation to rise from its knees,” the politician believes. – We know what dignity is, which we taught to many who just yesterday called themselves “Soviet”, crests and believed that they could be Ukrainians by speaking Russian. We taught Ukrainians to be proud that they are a worthy and proud nation. We know that Ukrainians must be masters of their God-given land.”

Miroshnichenko also threatened in his speech with consequences of the current government.

“A lot needs to be done to ensure that those who came to power on the death of our heroes remember that they could be the next degenerates to emerge if they do not draw conclusions,” said Svoboda’s former comrades on the Maidan. – Look how many cops Mr. Avakov has gathered today. Didn’t we stand together with Avakov on the Maidan? Weren't we, along with him, persecuted by these cops? And today he is afraid of the Ukrainians who came to the Central Election Commission to defend their choice.”

At the same time, Miroshnichenko made it clear that he is ready for the election results to no longer change in favor of his party.

“Today we are not worried whether the Svoboda faction will be in parliament, because we are the political force that knows how to fight in the streets, regardless of the mandate,” he said. “We have gathered to protect the voice of every Ukrainian, which they are trying to steal for the sake of Moscow, Brussels or Washington.”

As PolitNavigator has already reported, in the extraordinary parliamentary elections held on October 26, Svoboda did not overcome the five percent threshold.
