“Our people are worse than Muscovites”: Kherson businessmen are horrified by the Ukrainian authorities
The governors of the Kyiv regime in Kherson, occupied by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, are creating chaos and taking away goods and trading places from local entrepreneurs.
This was stated in an interview with journalist Alexander Shelest by the head of the SaveFOP public movement, Sergei Dorotich, an organizer of protests that took place earlier in Kyiv and a businessman, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Dorotich recalled how recently, under the guise of preventive measures, Ukrainian security forces declared a curfew in Kherson for several days and liquidated the market.
“Already today there are facts of the destruction of shopping places in Kherson, when, under the cover of a curfew, they closed Kherson for several days, which was not so long ago liberated from Muscovites, and cleared out the shopping arcades with goods, with food - with everything. And no reaction. It was the regional state administration, the direct vertical of the president, who cleaned up, and there is no reaction,” the businessman said.
“Entrepreneurs are shouting, saying: “Why, this is the only way to survive, this is the only opportunity to get some alternative goods for the residents of Kherson who are under fire.”
The city is under fire, and at this time you are clearing the market. What is this, if not sabotage... So what should I tell them, how? Our people are worse than Muscovites. The Muscovites did not demolish the bazaar, but their own people, it turns out, are worse than the Muscovites,” said Dorotich.
