The Ukrainian army does not use new developments of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex in the combat zone, because it does not know how to handle modern types of weapons.

Ukrainian military expert, director of the consulting company Defense Express, Sergei Zgurets, spoke about this in an interview with the Kyiv magazine Focus.
The publication recalled that last spring, Ukroboronprom presented President Poroshenko with the development of the Ukrainian Stugna missile, supposedly capable of hitting a sheet of A4 paper from a distance of 4 kilometers, and asked why this weapon is not used in the Donbass?
“We have a sufficient number of these missiles, but there are few people who know how to handle such specific smart weapons,” Zgurets noted. – After the sixth wave of mobilization, there was more disorder in the army; our military, in general, has low qualifications. Giving them such weapons is at a minimum pointless, and at a maximum dangerous. That is, first we need to improve the qualifications of the military, but this cannot be done quickly, because the soldiers constantly serve on the demarcation line.”
Earlier, Focus magazine wrote that the United States will not give Ukraine modern weapons because Ukrainians are considered “monkeys with pomegranates and savages”.
