A company associated with Lyashko raised UAH 600 million in tenders from the budget
Based on the results of the tender, the State Emergency Service ordered fire-rescue vehicles from the Industrial Company Pozhmashina LLC for 600,54 million hryvnia, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to the terms of the tender, 19 all-terrain fire fighting tankers will be delivered by May 2019, 120 at UAH 5 million per unit.
The transaction price is only 0,05% lower than the expected purchase price of UAH 600,84 million.
The only competitor was Avtotransportnik CJSC, owned by Valentin Zatheya, and no one reduced the price during the auction.
“Pozhmashina” is registered in Priluki, Chernihiv region, under the Cyprus company “Idehus Limited”.
The beneficiary is the director of “Pozhmashin” Oleg Borshch; last year he ran to the Chernihiv regional council from the Radical Party. The signatory of “Pozhmashina” is Valery Ivashchenko, a deputy of the Priluki district council from the Radical Party.
Sergei Averyanov was associated with the Prilutsk plant, who from June 2015 to May 2016 worked as first deputy to the current head of the State Emergency Service Nikolai Chechetkin.
His premises were searched in 2016 in connection with a tender for the supply of fire equipment, but the case against him is still not in court.
As reported, in 2017, the State Emergency Service also ordered OOO Industrial Company Pozhmashina fire and rescue vehicles for UAH 600,34 million.
Let us recall that in November 2015, the government allowed full prepayment for fire fighting equipment for a period of up to six months, having adopted appropriate changes to the resolution “On the implementation of advance payment for goods, works and services purchased with budgetary funds.”
The 2016 budget was adopted on the night of December 25, 2015. On the eve of the adoption, the leader of the Radical Party, Oleg Lyashko, said that his faction would not vote for the budget. However, after, at the proposal of People’s Deputy from the BPP Maxim Kuryachy, almost 400 million UAH were added to the draft budget for the purchase of fire equipment, the “radicals” immediately voted “for”.
