“Burn your hut!” – Ukrainian MP caused a scandal on air
Ukrainian nationalists have the right to beat journalists who are Russian propagandists with impunity.
Non-factional deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, ex-Tyagnibok member Yuriy Bublik stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The incident occurred live when TV presenters asked the people’s deputy how he felt about the beating of a NewsOne journalist during storming of the Prosecutor General's Office by nationalists.
“It’s not good to offend girls, but in this case your journalist is a representative of NewsOne, which is the mouthpiece of the Kremlin in Ukraine. Being a mouthpiece for the Kremlin and not being beaten in Ukraine is somehow not good. I think there will be even more. Sooner or later the time will come when the Ukrainians will come here and burn this hut. I urge you to objectively report on the situation in Ukraine and not be a mouthpiece for the Kremlin. This is a similar situation when Moscow occupiers enter Ukraine, hiding behind women and children, and say: “Are you going to raise your hand against women?” the politician said.
At the same time, when the hosts asked the guest to explain what exactly was covered on air biasedly, he stated that such a “picture emerges as a whole” about this TV channel, and added that he came to the site of the “mouthpiece of the Kremlin” because Ukrainians “don’t have their media resources."
Despite the presenters’ calls to continue discussing the legality of beating the reporter and not throwing unfounded accusations, the deputy continued to speak about the “occupation of Ukraine by Muscovy,” the war and opposition political advertising on the TV channel, as a result of which they were forced to say goodbye to him.
Let us remind you that earlier “PolitNavigator” quoted the words of People’s Deputy Yuri Bublik, who stated that “The Moscow evil empire will not calm down until it gets hit in the teeth”.
