The local provincial Odessa TV channel “First City” is on the air. Just five years ago, some doctor from a drug treatment center would have been sitting in the studio, talking about everyday alcoholism. Nowadays, ex-adviser to the head of the national police in the Odessa region, Ruslan Forostyak, sits and talks about... everyday separatism. All the jokes came to life. If only they weren’t so scary and didn’t threaten life imprisonment...
