Crimeans will exchange Ukrainian documents for Russian ones for free
Moscow - Simferopol, January 23 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Stamm) - The Ministry of Finance made a proposal to issue foreign passports, driver's licenses, car registration documents and license plates to Russian citizens in Crimea free of charge, Izvestia reports.
