The mayor of the city of Belogorsk in Crimea was detained while accepting a bribe, said the head of the republic, Sergei Aksenov. “The head of the administration of the city of Belogorsk, Belogorsk district, Igor Sergeevich Ipatko, was detained red-handed by FSB officers while receiving a bribe,” Aksenov wrote on his blog.
