The UOC won the case against the Ministry of Justice in the Supreme Court regarding its name
The Supreme Court allowed the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church to retain its current name, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports. Thus, the Court did not satisfy the cassation appeal of the Ministry of Culture about the renaming of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, the manager of the affairs of the UOC, Metropolitan of Boryspil and Brovary Anthony (Pakanich), told the Kyiv publication Glavkom. “On December 11 of this year, the Supreme Court left the cassation appeal of the Ministry of Culture without satisfaction...
