Putin removed “citizens of Ukraine” from the wording on the recognition of LDPR documents
Russian President Vladimir Putin made changes to the decree on the recognition of documents issued in the LDPR, eliminating from it the wording “citizens of Ukraine and stateless persons permanently residing...” The corresponding material was published by the official Internet portal of legal information of the Russian Federation, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports. Now, in accordance with the amendments, Russia recognizes documents issued by the DPR and LPR, regardless of the citizenship of their owner.…
