The Ukrainian ambassador disgraced himself and made his country a laughing stock
The Ambassador of Ukraine to Austria, Alexander Shcherba, published an article in the local newspaper Wiener Zeitung in which he tried to prove Ukraine’s historical rights to Crimea.
