The Crimean authorities have developed and sent to the State Council of the Republic of Crimea a bill that allows residents of the peninsula to write off loans taken from Ukrainian banks, Kommersant reports. The publication clarifies, citing its sources, that the document will be adopted in September, thereby completely closing the issue of debts of the inhabitants of the peninsula to Ukrainian banks.
