Putin completes the implementation of the Ruina-2 project
Kyiv, January 05 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Vladimir Putin is completing the implementation of the “Ruina-2” project to establish control over the entire territory of Ukraine. This was stated by ex-adviser to the Russian President Andrei Illarionov in an interview with the Ukrainian publication Gordon.
