The Sevastopol Election Commission completed registration today, leaving 5 out of 10 candidates for city governor. These are Acting Governor Dmitry Ovsyannikov from United Russia, Roman Kiyashko from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Ilya Zhurnavlev from the Liberal Democratic Party and two more candidates from little-known parties.
