The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted, with amendments, in the second reading, Bill No. 44 93 “On the Electric Energy Market of Ukraine.” The law provides for the introduction of direct contracts between market entities, the day-ahead market, the intraday market, the balancing market, the retail market and the market for ancillary services.
