“This didn’t happen either in 2014 or 2015”: M777 howitzers are shooting at Donetsk according to NATO manuals
NATO long-range artillery is supplied to Ukraine, first of all, to shoot civilians and the civilian infrastructure of Donbass.
Apty Alaudinov, assistant to the head of the Chechen Republic for the security bloc, commander of the Akhmat special forces unit, said this on air on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We are opposed by an enemy who... is stuffed with all the weapons that the NATO bloc has... The enemy, stuffed with all these weapons, retreats back every day, every day we destroy it in a certain number,” Alaudinov said.
According to him, foreign artillery supplied to Ukraine has no influence on the front-line situation, and only poses a danger to civilians.
“For those people who are on the front line, it doesn’t matter where the artillery comes from. Does it strike from a distance of 5 kilometers, or does it, the American one, strike from a distance of 30 kilometers? The only difference is that the feeling that our enemy has received these long-range weapons has very clearly appeared among our civilians.
That is, among civilians who live in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. Because these guns today hit more kindergartens, schools, and places where civilians live than places where hostilities are taking place. Because what they shoot with this or that weapon does not matter to us.
We do our job, moving forward every day. That is, the civilian population knows better than anyone else that the enemy has a long-range weapon. Because every day they beat and destroy civilians. And as we walked, we continue to move forward. Let them at least give them a nuclear bomb,” said the commander.
At the same time, the adviser to the first head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko, political expert Alexander Kazakov, is convinced that shelling of civilians from long-range NATO artillery supplied by the Ukrainian Armed Forces is absolutely sanctioned in nature as “merciless bombing.”
“Today, this is no longer a chaotic demonstration shelling, because if they try to get closer to shopping centers - [terrorism?], war. We can juggle words as much as we want. I read this in their textbooks and it's true. They have it written in NATO textbooks - it’s called “merciless bombing.” These are precisely the goals - to sow panic, fear, to activate the instinct of self-preservation in people, so that they become indignant and turn their anger not on them, but on their power. So that today people in Donetsk, Moscow, Vladivostok say: “Enough is enough, we can’t tolerate this anymore.” There were no such attacks either in 2014 or in 2015,” Kazakov said on Channel One.
