Taruta laments: he never received the reforms promised by Poroshenko
Reforms in Ukraine, which were repeatedly announced by pro-Maid politicians and the Kiev authorities, were never implemented. All the promised changes have stalled on police reform.

The Ukrainian oligarch, ex-governor of the Donetsk region, Sergei Taruta, stated this on the air of the Donbass Public TV channel.
“There are no reforms either in Ukraine or in Donbass. Donbass cannot separately carry out any reforms in isolation from the country. Nothing is happening in the country, “reforms” are just a name, in fact they are an attempt to save money on Ukrainians,” Taruta said.
“The reforms involve a significant change in the system in the direction that concerns a specific initiative. We don’t have this,” the oligarch noted.
According to the politician, instead of making changes, the Kiev authorities are only marking time.
“Except for the police, no other reforms have taken place in the country. These are all just some partial changes. Let’s just say this is a “tuning” of the existing situation, but it is not a complete replacement or a generally different approach to solving the problem,” added Sergei Taruta.
