The operator received a license to operate on the peninsula in November of this year for a period of five years.
“The founder of the company is Tattelecom. He already has mobile communications in GSM and even LTE formats. There are four licenses received – for mobile, including cellular, communications, IP telephony, data transmission and telematics,” the publication reports.
Let us remind you that since August all Ukrainian operators have gradually left Crimea, and Russian MTS and Crimean Vin-Mobile operate on its territory.
