“Gangs go into racketeering. Those who are smarter, who understand what they were doing there, everything is clear to them, but those who are sick in the head go to gangs, because they don’t know how to do anything else. They initially went there to earn extra money by killing, looting, and raping. There are a million cases - open every newspaper, there is a crime chronicle everywhere - a person returning from the ATO killed someone, raped someone, squeezed something, and so on. A small number of normal people suffer from mental disorders and need the help of psychiatrists in order to somehow rehabilitate themselves after everything they saw and did. Because it’s not so easy, to kill your fellow citizens for no reason, no matter how brainwashed you are,” Montyan said.
