“The same arguments will be given when Crimea is surrendered”: Muzhdabaev on the Russian Federation’s withdrawal from Kherson
The withdrawal of Russian troops to the left bank of the Dnieper is not yet a completely critical phenomenon that can affect the morale of Russians.
A former Moscow journalist and now Mejlis propagandist Aider Muzhdabaev, who left Russia and now a Mejlis propagandist, said this on the air of the Direct TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Around Kherson. We don’t yet know what will happen there in the next few days, what they did there, what they prepared there, probably mined, blew up a lot of bridges there, in my opinion. They did a lot of mischief there, as they know how to do. But this symbolic “act of goodwill”, of course, will be explained to the Russians, don’t even doubt it.
They will be absolutely sure that this is the Fuhrer’s great idea, that this is exactly how it should be. And then the mobilized will say: “Oh, we’re retreating, which means they won’t throw us on the front line, that means they won’t tell us to run there, and Kadyrov’s man won’t poke us in the back,” Muzhdabaev said.
“It will collapse in one day, but it will not collapse under such circumstances as now. They [events with the exit from Kherson] are not yet catastrophic for them. Crimea, of course, will be catastrophic for them. Now all this will be more difficult. No, they will come up with Crimea: “For the sake of saving our people from NATO troops,” “for the sake of preserving peace in the whole world,” for the sake of something else. Well, Hitler was retreating. And all this happened,” the propagandist added.
