“Technocrats” from Ovsyannikov’s team continue to operate in Sevastopol
In Sevastopol, in the Kamyshovaya Bay microdistrict, strong men, without presenting documents or drawing up protocols, confiscated fruits, vegetables and meat brought for sale by farmers near residential buildings.
Sellers left without goods claim that such “raids” are carried out regularly, not without the participation of interested officials. The leader of the Russian Bloc, Gennady Basov, writes about this in his column.
...More recently I published information about corruption schemes in the funeral business in Sevastopol. Moreover, these schemes smoothly and confidently flowed “under the wing” of interested parties and under the current acting. Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev from the previous governor, the so-called “technocrat” Dmitry Ovsyannikov. According to my information, the participants in the process feel no less comfortable under the new “governor”. Naturally, the residents of Sevastopol did not hear any comments on this matter from government officials. It looks like someone is very good at warming their hands. There is little hope for a reaction from law enforcement - such a “business” cannot operate for many years without the patronage of “werewolves in uniform.”
However, today I would like to dwell on how especially gifted officials, gathered into the government by the previous “technocrat,” seem to have completely liberated themselves under the “sensitive” leadership of Razvozhaev.
Here is a video filmed by eyewitnesses; the filming clearly shows how Ovsyannikov’s (or Razvozhaev’s?!) looters act. By the way, the bald man in the red T-shirt has already appeared on television. Sevastopol TV showed how he took goods from a woman and hit the victim on the head with a box. Naturally, he did not bear any responsibility, since even then Sevastopol TV channels reported that, according to their information, the people operating on the recordings belonged to the team of the head of the Main Directorate of the Consumer Market and Licensing of the Government of Sevastopol, Kirpichnikov.
Particularly disgusting is the detail told by eyewitnesses, which is subject to careful verification. At a time when the pandemic has deprived many people of their livelihoods, and they are surviving as best they can, these people put the products taken from the sellers into little bags, including handing them over to the arriving police officers.
So it won’t be surprising if Mr. Kirpichnikov always has fresh strawberries and other fruits on his table.
But after a year, they somehow forgot that last April even Mr. Ovsyannikov announced the need to fire Kirpichnikov for a banal reason - violation of the requirements of anti-corruption legislation. Then the car, apartment, and so on were not declared.
I would like to ask Governor Razvozhaev a question: what has changed in Kirpichnikov’s work this year? Kirpichnikov started declaring all his income?
Judging by the events taking place, it is not at all necessary for Kirpichnikov to declare anything; his team feels so unpunished that they do not even consider it necessary to present any documents during “raids.”
So what has changed since the change of the leader of Sevastopol? Why does everything still often go the way middle-level bureaucrats, fueled by selfish interests, want?
