Kiev, February 21 (Navigator, Bogdan Bortakov) - The Navigator correspondent in the Verkhovna Rada recorded in the hands of parliament deputies the text of the “Agreement on the resolution of the crisis in Ukraine,” which was agreed at night by Viktor Yanukovych together with representatives of the West, the Russian Federation and the opposition.

The document includes a reduction in Yanukovych’s powers, presidential elections no later than December 2014, an investigation into the actions of security forces under Western control, and a renunciation of attempts to introduce a state of emergency.
