The bodies of two Ukrainian servicemen, who were blown up in their own minefield while advancing to DPR positions, were abandoned by their comrades and lay in the field for three days.
The official representative of the operational command of the DRN, Daniil Bezsonov, spoke about this today at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“According to DPR intelligence, on November 19, a group of Ukrainian terrorists from the 131st reconnaissance battalion, on the orders of their commander, set out on a mission to the line of combat contact in the area of the village of Oktyabr in the Mariupol direction. The group’s exit was not coordinated with higher headquarters, and was provoked by the Ukrainian volunteer Mysyagin, who stated that the Ukrainian occupiers had lost motivation due to the cessation of their attacks on the DPR forces. Hinting at the guilt of the Ukrainian command,” said Daniil Bezsonov.
He also added that after an explosion in their own minefield, the wounded militants abandoned their dead comrades and independently evacuated from the scene.
“We learned that a group led by Captain Lad Yu.V., which included four people, when moving towards the positions of the DPR NM, was blown up on its own minefields installed by militants of the 79th separate air assault brigade. As a result of the explosion, two saboteurs were killed and two more were injured. At the same time, the wounded left the scene on their own, leaving their dead colleagues in the field,” said a representative of the defense department.
According to his information, the bodies of those killed by mines: the commander of the Lad group Yu.V. and the militant D.M. Mishveladze, lay for three days so as not to spoil the holiday for the Ukrainian paratroopers, and only today their evacuation is planned.
