All this, according to Temirgaliev, quoted by Kommersant, includes a draft territorial planning scheme for Crimea, which will be submitted to the Russian government for approval by June 1, 2014.

“I will give some interesting details of the transport part of the project: the ports of Feodosia and Yevpatoria, located within the city limits, will gradually cease to exist; Simferopol and Feodosia will receive additional ring roads; Simferopol and Kerch will be connected by a direct railway (currently through Dzhankoy); it is planned to build a modern highway Yalta - Alushta - Feodosia; the new terminal of Simferopol airport will be connected to the city by the Aeroexpress train,” Temirgaliev wrote on his Facebook page.
