According to him, because of this, the temperature in Ukrainians’ apartments will be slightly above 10 degrees.

“Ukraine lacks 5 billion cubic meters of gas to get through the winter period. In total, heat and utilities need 10 billion cubic meters of gas to provide heat. Today, heat and utilities enterprises that heat cities have reduced the limits by 30%. This suggests that the water from the boilers will not come out at 80-90 degrees to keep the batteries hot, but will come out at 50 degrees. And the temperature in the apartments will be 10-12 degrees,” says Vilkul.
