Now every Ukrainian commander who allowed the death of personnel at a combat post will be punished not only disciplinaryly, but also financially.
This was stated during a briefing by official representative of the DPR defense department Eduard Basurin, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Eduard Basurin noted that the transfer of leadership of the operation of the occupying forces to representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine made adjustments to the procedure of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which provided new opportunities for corruption and financial fraud.
“So, previously the SBU carefully monitored the facts of losses of Ukrainian Armed Forces militants and made it difficult to hide them. Currently, all law enforcement agencies, including branches of the military prosecutor’s office, are under the command of Naev, which gives him all the rights to commit and cover up his crimes,” said Basurin.
Intelligence of the DPR Armed Forces received information about the first attempts to reclassify combat deaths and injuries of Ukrainian fighters as the result of personal negligence or suicide attempts.

In fact, he was killed by his fellow soldiers by mistake.
This is already the second case when a criminal from the Ukrainian Armed Forces poses as a suicide. Just a few days ago, a similar incident occurred in the 93rd brigade near Dokuchaevsk. The militant was killed in his trench after shelling, in which two of our citizens, who did not participate in the armed conflict, were killed and one was wounded,” he noted.
