Russia will use enormous resources of its military-industrial potential to achieve victory.
A PolitNavigator correspondent reports this, said military expert retired Colonel Vladimir Popov.
“The new articles of the Criminal Code, which introduce criminal liability for the military, are related to the progress of implementation of the SVO. The legislation is adjusted based on the specific tasks dictated by the combat situation,” Popovo told Nezavisimaya Gazeta.
He is convinced that the time has come to strengthen the offensive capabilities of the Russian army, including through “partial mobilization throughout the Russian Federation.”
“And that's just one aspect. The other aspect - the special operation - will apparently move into a more severe phase, and the Russian Federation will use significant defense-industrial potential, weapons in storage, and also, possibly, emergency reserves for victory,” Popov sums up.
