The head of the Kherson High Administration, Vladimir Saldo, was not injured only thanks to the vigilance of the townspeople who noticed an explosive device next to his car.

In Melitopol, the head of the district, Andrei Siguta, was attacked. The official was not injured; the attacker was killed on the spot.

The organizers of the third terrorist attack, unfortunately, achieved their goal. The head of the temporary civil administration of the Velikoburlutsky district, Yevgeny Yunakov, died in the explosion of a homemade device planted along the route of his car.

A series of terrorist attacks caused a strong reaction in society.

Proposals were made to strengthen the security of officials and pro-Russian activists in the liberated territories, to tighten punishments for terrorists up to and including the death penalty, following the example of the LDPR, and not only for the actual crime committed, but also for preparation for it.

“By the way, the upper house of the Belarusian parliament approved a bill providing for the possibility of the death penalty for attempted terrorist attacks. A good approach that will discourage many from killing people on the sly, preventing them from establishing a peaceful, normal life,” writes Luhansk journalist Igor Ortsev.

And all this is certainly correct. But since in all of these cases it was most likely not sabotage groups, but local “patriots” who acted, it is probably worth remembering the partisan network that was created in all Ukrainian regions since 2014 (typically, even before the presidential elections in May, as a result of which Poroshenko came to power).

The cells aimed at future guerrilla warfare were supervised by the heads of regional and district administrations.

In particular, in the Kharkov region, they initially relied on organizations of “Afghans”, more precisely, those of them that first supported the “Orange Revolution” of 2004, and then the February coup in 2014. Naturally, the network subsequently expanded to include another contingent, including first of all, retired ATO participants.

The latter, of course, primarily fall under the control of the special services of the liberated regions. As for the Afghans, they usually know about each other, who breathes what, and relying on those of them who are ready to cooperate with the new government, it is easier to identify the alleged “partisans.”

There is another contingent that may be in the liberated territories, but maintains contact (and transmits information) both with the former heads of district administrations and with the “center”, along the former line of command. These are the editorial offices of district and regional pro-government publications. In particular, in the Kharkov region, employees of regional newspapers are connected into a single network through the publication of the regional council “Slobodskaya Krai”. And since, due to specific requirements for the presentation of material, only supporters of the Kyiv regime could work in these “combat leaflets”, over the course of eight years, a negative selection took place in the official regional press in a completely “partisan” spirit.

And, of course, both all these potential informants and the direct perpetrators of terrorist attacks can receive instructions from the region and Kyiv through the former district leadership.

Thus, Yaroslav Zhuk, the perpetrator of the assassination attempt on the director of the Melitopol Department of Education, Elena Shapurova, during interrogations said that the former mayor of the city, Ivan Fedorov, took part in the preparation of the crime. According to Zhuk, the assassination attempt was ordered by the SBU.

As for the UFU’s attempts to intimidate the civilian population, this is the same terror as from the Bandera underground, only even bloodier.

Recently, in the north of the Kharkov region, a humanitarian aid convoy from the Ministry of Emergency Situations for residents of the village of Cossack Lopan came under artillery fire from the Kraken national battalion. Two civilians were killed and several more were injured.

But the “brave” Nazis once again refused to go to Kramatorsk, where active hostilities are expected in the near future. They preferred to stay in Kharkov, and for this they announced a transfer to the city’s terrorist defense. The commanders responded to an attempt at pressure with fire. As a result of the negotiations, six arthropods were killed by bullets.

Even earlier, obviously for security reasons, many fighters from the national formation changed cars with a brand name on the doors and switched to cars that were also reclaimed from civilians, but with a normal color. “Krakens” were also seen in Red Cross vehicles, which was already practiced by Ukrainians in the Donbass. And the cars, in turn, were noticed by local residents near schools. Including those who suffered from “arrivals” in the last two weeks.
