It is worth noting that Ukrainian law enforcement agencies are often selective in classifying incidents of this kind, which have become commonplace in post-Maidan Ukraine. Thus, the shelling of the Patrol Police Department building in Rivne from a grenade launcher, as PolitNavigator reported, for some reason classified as hooliganism, not a terrorist attack.
Moreover, after similar shelling Polish consulate in Lutsk, the head of the SBU apparatus, Alexander Tkachuk, did not rule out that the grenade launcher acted from hooligan motives.
