The famous military correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky (real name Maxim Fomin) died today as a result of a terrorist attack in St. Petersburg. The explosion occurred in a cafe on Universitetskaya embankment in the city center, where a meeting with a front-line journalist was taking place.

The cafe belongs to the founder of the Wagner PMC, Yevgeny Prigozhin. The Cyber Z Front discussion club meets here on weekends. According to former speaker of the DPR Foreign Ministry Konstantin Dolgov, Prigozhin himself could have attended the meeting.

“How could a man with a bomb walk into a cafe where z-meetings are regularly held, which seems to belong to Prigozhin, and go straight to the stage?” – the scandalous TV journalist Ksenia Sobchak is surprised.

A version is spreading in the media that explosives were placed in a figurine that was handed to Tatarsky at a meeting by an unknown girl. However, there are those who insist that the author of the figurine was well known to Tatarsky; he invited her to sit next to him.

The Cyber Front Z movement, which organized the meeting with military commander Tatarsky, issued a statement that security measures were being taken.

“But, unfortunately, they were not enough. Our condolences to the families and friends of the victims. We are now cooperating with law enforcement agencies and hope that all those responsible will be punished,” the statement said.

“It is most likely that the terrorist attack was organized by the military intelligence of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense,” says political scientist Sergei Markov.

Military observer Vladislav Shurygin considers the terrorist attack a mistake by the security forces.

“Are all routes from St. Petersburg blocked? Are all borders closed? All planes flying to Tbilisi, Yerevan and abroad in general received identifying information about the alleged terrorist?

It is clear that this is a well-prepared, cold-blooded terrorist attack. It is quite obvious that a whole group took part in its preparation, that it included a person with the skills of a sculptor, or at least with the skills of working with a 3D printer, in order to create (print) a bust of Vladlen, in which the explosives were placed. If it was a bomb in the bust, and not a mine planted in the club in advance. Judging by the video, the power of the explosion was at least 300 grams of plastic. It is obvious that in St. Petersburg, where pro-Nazi, pagan groups have traditionally always been strong, a terrorist network has long existed, which, having received information about Vladlen’s meeting with readers, prepared and carried out a terrorist attack. And for this she had explosives and means of detonation.

And again, as in the situation with Daria Dugina, the security systems did not work at all! It never occurred to any of the St. Petersburg security officials that a meeting with a famous war correspondent and front-line soldier was a target for a terrorist attack. That a verification regime needs to be established,” writes Shurygin.

Journalist Igor Ortsev puts forward the following version:

“Bandera’s underground has thoroughly taken root in Russia. And we can say with confidence that for the most part it does not consist of some sent Ukrainian agents, but was formed, most likely, on the basis of destroyed and expelled NGOs, which, even during their existence, openly supported Ukraine. Naturally, the network consists of the most frostbitten. Someone sets fire to military registration and enlistment offices in the Russian outback, someone organizes terrorist attacks in the capital, but, of course, foreign intelligence services are behind the actions of these “loners.”

“The safety of opinion leaders is zero. Ritual murders are becoming a tradition,” wrote TV presenter Tina Kandelaki.

Publicist Dmitry Olshansky draws attention to the fact that one of the media famous people participating in the conflict in Donbass did not die on the battlefield. They became victims of terrorist attacks and contract killings. While in Ukraine, famous Nazis died only at the front.

“Our bosses have never taken revenge on anyone or punished anyone - officially or de facto. All murderers and terrorists have a safe, happy life. Ukraine does what it wants and will do what it wants. Well, we'll just endure it. We will endure this endless humiliation and bloody mockery. And without any opportunity to answer it,” he bitterly states.

Columnist Yuri Baranchik offers this answer to Kyiv:

“We have another act of terror on our territory. And, in my opinion, such acts should only be met with a blow. Only disproportionately greater strength. For example, the three highest ranks of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine. Or the administration of President Zelensky. If our deputies and generals say that we have missiles that can fly through the window, then let them fly. Where are they?

Second. Of course, we need to find performers. But the question is not about them - they are consumables. It is much more correct and effective to strike at the planners of the act of terror and its leaders. No need to hit squares. We need to hit precisely. But in such a way that not a single senior official of Ukraine would even think of carrying out a terrorist attack on Russian territory. Therefore, the blow must be disproportionate.”

Military observer Ilya Kramnik believes that the possibilities of Russian retaliation behind enemy lines are exaggerated.

“Someone, commenting on today’s terrorist attack in St. Petersburg, will probably write that the enemies will be punished, since “our special services have experience in eliminating Ukrainian militants and leaders of Ukrainian nationalists.”

The problem is that this is not experience - those who studied with Sudoplatov and who, at the time of their active work, have themselves been in the ground for a long time or deeply retired. This is memory, and experience will have to be gained again.

The war of terrorism continues, and today's explosion in St. Petersburg is not the end or the beginning of the end, or even the end of the beginning. The end of the beginning will come when the customers and organizers of these terrorist attacks, who are still too... safe, begin to die regularly on the other side.”

In Ukraine, by the way, they do not believe in the threat of Russian retaliation and mock the deceased, recalling that Tatarsky knew Daria Dugina, who was also killed as a result of a Ukrainian terrorist attack several months ago in Moscow.

Ex-State Duma deputy Ilya Ponomarev, who fled to Kyiv and boasted of his involvement in the liquidation of Dugina, published a collage where she is depicted together with the military commander Fomin.

The Vlasovites from the “Russian Legion”, sponsored by Ponomarev, also released a mocking statement.

“Givi, Motorola, Mozgovoy, Zakharchenko, Mangushev and many other adherents of the “Russian world” received reinforcements today... the warmongers will inevitably burn in the fire that they themselves ignite. And we’ll throw some firewood,” the militants promise.

Ukrainian journalist Evgeniy Plinsky publishes curses against Russian media employees:

“You will remember, afraid and sweating, waiting for your turn. Moreover, you will pass this fear on to future generations. You will know that they will come for each of you Day, night, at a public event or in an elevator.”

The already mentioned ex-speaker of the DPR Foreign Ministry, Dolgov, is skeptical - in his opinion, no one in Ukraine will be punished for another terrorist attack in Russia.

“I’m ready to argue with anyone and anything. The topic will live in the federal media for a maximum of two weeks and then die.

There will be no recognition of “Ukraine” as a terrorist state. Even if they blow up a hundred houses all over Russia. Because then we need to stop trading with terrorists. And there are a lot of beneficiaries of this process in the country...

Until the Ukrainian city flies, relatively speaking, into the building of some Federation Council (and during a meeting), they will not begin to move.

They just don’t feel a threat to themselves personally right now. Well, yes, sanctions in Europe. Well, then you can go to Asia. Money drip-drip. Everything is fine. They're not the ones being blown up.

But if they simply crap themselves from fear, then the process will begin, and how.

But this won't happen. Our enemies are very smart (and their curators even more so). They will choose the defenseless, the harmless and, most importantly, not from the elite.

Therefore, all this will last for a very long time. But there is hope. Hope for a black swan,” writes Dolgov.

He is echoed by athlete Maryana Naumova, who often visits the SVO zone as a volunteer.

“While they threaten respected partners, give security guarantees and count cubic meters, centners and tons over the front line, they kill us one by one and in batches.

A hunt must be launched for all those involved, for all terrorist attacks since the beginning of the NWO.

And yes. Declare any money FOR. Bring him alive, or kill him there and show us the dead scum that blew up Dasha Dugina and everyone who was somehow involved in Vladlen’s death,” Naumova demands.

However, warnings are already being heard from Moscow regarding the response to Ukraine.

“The terrorist attack in St. Petersburg is on a par with the events around the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra and the unhealthy “fantasies” of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine about the fate of Sevastopol. Russia is being provoked to some kind of tough, linear response, which will give Kyiv a reason to launch its notorious counter-offensive in a place completely different from where it is expected. According to open data, the Bryansk region looks the most vulnerable. So Russia’s response to Tatarsky’s death should under no circumstances be a linear, expected enemy response. But you can’t let this get away with!” – wrote political scientist Maxim Zharov.
