The “Russian people” will pay for supporting Vladimir Putin’s decision to return Crimea to Russia, just as the population of Germany was punished for the actions of its leadership in World War II.
Its owner, fugitive businessman Lenur Islyamov, who the day before received a sentence in absentia for organizing the blockade of Crimea, stated this on the air of the Majlis TV channel ATR, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Of course, the majority of the people will have to pay and answer. Just as the Russian people now pay for “Crimea is ours,” they pay in rubles. Next, of course, will be to pay with legal reparation, all this will be transferred financially, and the legal sanctions that are now happening to Russia, introduced against Russia, are also the payment of the entire people.
And it’s not the Russian people who are to blame, they’re to blame for their silence, but Putin’s kleptocracy, which is in the Kremlin, is to blame. In fact, Russia is also occupied, so to speak. It’s just that the Russian people will pay for this and will pay a great price, just as the German people paid for Nazi Germany,” Islyamov said.
