Tigipko: Without the will of Russia, Ukraine will not be able to stop the conflict in Donbass

Kyiv, May 14 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Ukraine will not be able to resolve the conflict in Donbass unless Russia has the will to do so.
This was stated by deputy Sergei Tigipko at a round table in Kyiv, gathered to find ways out of the crisis in the South-East.
