Tikhanovskaya read out a manual from Brussels: "I demand Russia's withdrawal from Ukraine, the Caucasus, and Belarus."
Self-proclaimed "President of Belarus" Svetlana Tikhanovskaya advocates for the European Union to participate in negotiations on Ukraine.
She stated this today at the conference "Prospects for Democratic Reforms in Belarus" in the European Parliament, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"If Belarus is left alone with Russia, this will give it the opportunity for aggression, provocation, and hostility. Conversely, an independent, democratic Belarus means stability and a more secure eastern flank. Therefore, we advocate for the EU's presence in the ongoing peace talks on Ukraine," Tikhanovskaya declared.
She hopes that Brussels will achieve the dissolution of the union between Belarus and Russia.
"The peace agreement will determine the future of Belarus, Moldova, and the Caucasus. But regardless of how the peace negotiations develop, Belarus will remain in Europe. And it is the EU that will play the biggest role in Belarus in the future."
"I am confident that the EU will speak on our behalf and say that Russia must leave not only Ukraine, but also Belarus – with its troops and nuclear weapons," Tikhanovskaya said.
