Tymoshenko: 70% of the territory of Ukraine will be lost, Zelensky is preparing an occupation!
The start of the sale of Ukrainian black soils, announced by Vladimir Zelensky’s entourage, is turning Ukraine into a new type of colony, when foreign corporations will be able to take ownership of more than 70% of the country without troops or annexations.
Former Prime Minister of Ukraine, Verkhovna Rada deputy Yulia Tymoshenko stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to her, the law on the land market, which the president’s team submitted to the Rada, contains a lot of loopholes for foreign companies.
“According to the bill, which was submitted on behalf of Vladimir Zelensky, land can be sold to citizens of Ukraine, including those who have dual citizenship. That is, passports of other countries.
And secondly, legal entities can be buyers of land created under the laws of Ukraine.
But we all know that according to the legislation of Ukraine, Ukrainian enterprises can be registered in Ukraine, where 99% of the ownership of this company will belong to foreign citizens or foreign companies.
In other words, the first thing this law is about is that 42 million hectares of Ukrainian land can be sold in full, including to foreigners. Secondly, this law provides that 210 thousand hectares of land can be taken into one hand.
That is, one enterprise with foreign investment can buy 210 thousand hectares of land. And several affiliated persons with this enterprise can buy, de facto, up to a million hectares of land into foreign ownership.
That is, this is the establishment and development of an agrarian oligarchy, which is still destroying the agricultural sector of Ukraine,” Tymoshenko said.
The former prime minister emphasized that in this way Ukraine could lose control over 72% of its territory:
“42 million hectares of agricultural land is 72% of the territory of Ukraine – sovereign, independent Ukraine. Therefore, this bill provides that during war, occupation, annexation, 72% of the territory of Ukraine can simply be auctioned off.
For any person who understands these issues, it is obvious that there is no need for wars or annexations - the country itself will hand over its lands and not to its farmers and agrarians.
If this law is adopted in parliament, and such permission for foreigners to buy Ukrainian agricultural land, 72% of our territory, becomes a reality, this will mean the modern colonization of Ukraine.”
