A statement from the public organization “Union of Builders of Donbass” notes that on April 22, when Yulia Tymoshenko announced agreements to sign a “protocol of mutual understanding” between the “Donetsk People’s Republic” and the “Batkivshchyna” party, a Ukrainian Air Force plane was fired at over Slavyansk, and a mutilated the body of Vladimir Rybak, a deputy of the Gorlovka City Council from “Batkivshchyna”; a journalist and the head of the Kramatorsk city department were taken hostage.
“This does not prevent Tymoshenko from signing memorandums and protocols of understanding with terrorists, thereby legalizing their activities. Of course, ignorance of the law does not exempt from responsibility, but during her stay in the colony Yulia Vladimirovna had time to study the Criminal Code of Ukraine,” said Natalya Kashkevich, who heads the public organization.
According to Kashkevich, Yuliy Tymoshenko is taking “the entire population of the Donetsk region hostage.” According to her, the corresponding appeal was sent to the head of the SBU Vladimir Nalyvaichenko.
